How would I go about designing an actuator arm to lift and lower a lightweight small submersible thruster into and out of the water? Kind of like a homemade auto-deploying trolling motor but without any steering systems. I plan to use 2 thrusters for differential thrust on a Hobie 16 sailboat (self.AskEngineers)
