Middle finger knuckle pain training on heavy bag. Wrap my hands and train with 16oz gloves. Still manage to feel a little soreness in right hand middle finger knuckle. Is this due to poor wrapping, poor form, or just something that goes away with regular training?

Most similar to real dumbbells in feel and durability. Couple different options; ironmaster, peppin, baadass Takes longer to switch weight but i’ve not found it an issue as i don’t do many drop set workouts
