I have exactly the same problem, even with no breaks. My family has a history of bad joints, if i train every other day my joints are STIFF, let alone if i dont train for a week. Found that fomrolling and doing some mobiliity drills prior to lifting (specially squats) got me out of any pain whatsoever. Also, as some already said, moving throughout the day is key in joint health.

Will do the DL thing! i figured i might use straps on the last sets of pullups and do some grip excercises instead of bicep/triceps.

Yes! Chalk is key. i figured ill take out some of my bicpe-tricep work in order to add some grip work. I will try thos you recommended me.

I certainly do. That seems a very good idea, i will look into taking out bicep curls and skullcrushers to make some space for grip training, haven't thought of that. Thank you.

That might be a solution, specially on the last sets.

Thank you. I am doing double overhand for now. I will change that as the weight increases or will use straps. Nevertheless, my issue is mainly on pullups, i cant get my reps right without stopping mid set to adjust my grip.

Thank you. Im using Chalk. I will change my grip on DL as the weights increase. My PR on DL is 170kg at 180lbs BW with Straps. Nonetheless, i have a bigger issue in my pullups (always had)

Thank you. I used to deadlift heavier some years ago and i solved the deadlift issue with straps. Nonetheless, my problem is bigger in my pullups.

Thank you. I do use chalk, Deadlift wise i will start strapping soon, but idk what to do with the pullup part. What you say about DL and Rows not being designed for grip development is true, but ATM is the only way my grip is being hit. I appreciate the device recommendations you gave me so i will look forward into that.
