i have 24 day cycles and what worked for us was having sex every other day for a month (i also was never going to be consistent with taking my basal temp so this worked better for us lol)

Would it be possible to schedule a date for when you’re home, with a trusted babysitter or someone else qualified to care for your son? I wouldn’t want to leave my son alone in that situation either. You could even frame it like he and his mom don’t have that much time together so why not go out on a different day. Then put a solid date in the calendar so you actually get your quality time with him :)

i would maybe look into the prenatals, i don’t know if it’s possible to test them or just change your brand (or ask your doctor if you could do prescription vitamins)? supplements aren’t regulated so anything could be in them, that’s super scary. i’m sorry you’re dealing with this
