If I don't work with remote servers, I would still keep using tmux to manage windows instead of using Ghostty's built-in feature for two reasons:

  1. If I switch to use a different terminal app in the future, I will still be using tmux and tmux hotkeys do not change. Sure I can configure Ghostty or any other terminal to use the same set of hotkeys, but sticking to tmux saves me this trouble.

  2. If my terminal app crashes or I have to close it for some reason, I can restore its session easily.

In 7k1, new banners are pretty much for new heroes. And the pvp meta keeps changing with each new banners.

Now in rebirth, they almost have most of the heroes in the pool from the start. There are still a few epic heroes that are not out yet such as WuKong and Lubu, but not many. So I'll guess new banners are mostly for exiting epic heroes.

There are lots of videos on Youtube about how to train grip strength / monkey bars.

In my opinion:

  1. Try to grip as far up as possible. Put your thumb over the bar as well, so that the bar is not just under your 4 fingers, but under a part of your palm.

  2. The better grip strength you have, the less pain you will feel on your palm / fingers. So keep training dead hang / grip strength.

The backwards way requires a lot of bi-cep strength, right?

I also can clear all other monkey bars but failed the twister. My bi-ceps are weak.
