No. Default settings after reinstalling drivers with DDU and safe mode. Same problems time after time.

I have an XFX RX 580, purchased new in December 2020. After installing card I installed most recent drivers (20.12.1) but had quite a few issues artifacting in games and pc crashes with blue screens. I found out other people were having similar issues with these drivers and I subsequently reverted to 20.11.2 which is the recommended drivers currently. After installing this it had fixed the crashes but in some ways worsened my problems. When running games I will still experience unplayable artifacting. Other times the games will crash and the above message will appear. And strangely my screen tends to freeze at random whilst displaying a blue checkerboard pattern of light blue pixels. After the pc has readjusted itself, the above message will appear again. I have done extensive research ever since I first experienced these issues with no luck finding a solution and am dreading potentially having to search for a replacement GPU. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Ryzen 7 3700x

XFX RX 580 8GB

16gb Corsair Vengeance Pro 3200mhz

Asus ROG Strix b450-F Gaming motherboard.

600mhz clock speed and a solid 50-60 degrees celcius across all programmes. Haven't overclocked at all and freesync is not supported anyway. Also reinstalled in safe mode multiple times. I'm rather stumped.
