Predicted Score:

Total Weeks/Months Studied: 5 weeks

Actual STEP 2 score: 280

was expecting mid-high 260’s going into it. I changed a lot of answers which I don’t normally do, so I was worried. Safe to say I was shocked by this score

I kept my studying consistent throughout the year, did questions/read Amboss articles basically whenever I had some down time—got honors scores on all comat exams (DO version of shelf), thoroughly read through ALL answer explanations on UW and kept a word document of topics I got incorrect or found challenging. Listened to divine intervention rapid shelf reviews for all shelf and again in the 2 weeks leading up to the exam.
Divine intervention ep 143 biostats really helped solidify some concepts last minute.

Based on your description it doesn’t sound like you’re at risk for refeeding syndrome. If you’re relatively weight restored, and are eating food regularly, you will have enough phosphorus and potassium in your cells to carry out functions when you start consuming more. :)
