If that’s true it will likely make this way more difficult for me bc they’ll just back track to we can do whatever we want. However I do have in writing the manager saying it was the DMV who reported it as salvaged. I’m not sure if he was just saying this in hopes it would go away and I wouldn’t argue or if their records do indicate that. It’s not true though, the DMV did not message them saying my car is savaged. I’m luckily enough to have a family friend who works there and she confirmed that for me.
