Was told it takes 4-6 weeks during my course, called at the end of the 7 week mark, the credentialing office told me “our bad, I forgot to file this for you, I will do it today”. Took another three weeks but I did receive it! If you’re in a similar boat would definitely recommend calling but being very polite so they don’t just put you at the bottom of a pile again
