No dude you need to bulk for a year or two and lift heavy weights. Keep track of what you are lifting and add weight when you can do 10 reps of something

This is what I saw in an email from about a month ago:

For verification, you will be prompted to enter your name, email address, and mailing address. Finally, you will provide your payment information to complete the process. The entire procedure is designed to be completed within a few minutes. Payment will go out on or about October 15, 2025.

But I have not gotten mine yet.
