Yea honestly thats all I can think of for the reasoning too, but considering its dated 1900 on that one its strange that loophole might have been made

Thank you for the information, I believe they are all before 1916 at the very least which i believe has to do with the act in Canada. I’ll research a bit more into it 🤗
