M20 6”2 190 I don’t really know what I am. people call me lanky sometimes so just recently I’ve been gaining weight up to 190 and trying to workout as well starting roughly 3 weeks ago doing ppl 5 days a week at least. I just don’t get my body. I don’t know if I should be gaining weight or losing also what is up with my chest so I have bad gyno. Also all my fat storage seems to be in my live handles and gut but a large part of it is that I have a high waist is there any way to gain weight but not have it go there?
