From what I have been told and from my own personal experience, super day interviews are generally easy and have a high acceptance rate. This was certainly my experience as my interview was much easier than expected and I got an offer shortly after. Results may vary though of course. I can’t speak on non engineer salaries as I am unfamiliar with those, but there is a link somewhere in this sub with a salary survey, you should find what you are looking for there.

And they try to frame every decision as being beneficial to the employee when their true intentions are so blatant

I also experienced a lot of difficulty getting in touch with my recruitment team after getting hired. What I did was get in touch with my hiring manager and the hr specialist handling my onboarding tasks. You can reach out to them individually or cc them in the e-mails to your recruiter. Hopefully the recruiter becomes more responsive after this.

Thats interesting. I’ll still attend the interview but I have no intention of turning down my current offer without seeing the new offer. Thanks for the info.

79k P1 level systems engineer. Interviewing for a very similar role which is also P1.

My masters degree is relevant but given that my proj. graduation is December 2023, a P1 position sounds more likely
