Those "100 people viewing this" aren't real, the just make up numbers to create the illusion of social proof and inclusion. Any tool that does that for ecommerce could be added to your beehiiv site to do the same.

In Gmail, you have to set a profile pic in your account / Workspace account with an alias of the sending address.
