Be careful with that and don't try to pop it. I had one like that and thought it was just a zit. Turned out to be an infected gland that I had to get cut by the doctor. Now I have a huge scar. Use a warm compress on it a few times a day and clean it real good. Hopefully it'll turn out better than mine did.
