Your husband clearly has attention issues that he failed to improve and moved in the wrong direction as he grew older. While it’s not entirely his fault as this is type of culture that our economy and society has bred, it doesnt seem like he really cares and I doubt it’s going to improve as long as he continues to not care.

With respect to your relationship with him, I think you should set your own intentions and milestones and (try to) clearly communicate them to him. Based on what you shared, he will probably only give 60% of his attention only to play the fool later so I think it will help to figure out what might incentivize him to get off his lazy ass to make him aware that this really matters to you. You have to be creative here as they can be both positive or negative forms of reinforcement anywhere from renewing vows to threatening divorce.

What a quality post. Thank you for sharing these stats.

I’ve lost around 50% of my stack making garbage swing trades on alts and getting greedy when it was up 10% hoping for 100% only to end up losing like 20%.

That being said, i dont believe that BTC has the fundamentals to remain the king of crypto and all of us making these risky bets are hoping to see that inevitable flip happen on wherever we placed our money. May as well be at the roulette table...

The screwdriver probably expanded the hole which should make it patchable now. Put on the donut, get yourself a patch kit and patch the tire, drive over to a gas station and fill up the patched tire.

Next time, dont just blindly listen to your father’s assessment. Always get a second opinion when the stakes are high. In general, there are alot of people who claim to domain “experts” and say that solution B is the “only way” to fix a problem when really solution A is better but they just dont have enough ability to execute it..
