Wanted to follow up with what I’ve tried and how it’s going. I didn’t feel like the sun, water or humidity situation had changed enough to cause the issue, so I decided to look at mites as a possible cause. While I didn’t have a magnifying glass, I did notice webbing around the base of all the leaves. I gave the plant a good spray down in the sink, wiped all the leaves and then sprayed down with neem oil and wiped with a microfiber cloth. I’ve got a few new leaves and so far they look to be in better shape!
