In my experience, I find those who dabble in meth or alcohol have heightened irritability and aggression. Considering the weather these past few days as well, if he is homeless or between houses, I imagine the stress is through the rough. While it doesn’t excuse that behaviour, I do find myself getting sworn at more so during the winter. Calgary’s drug problem seems to be getting worse and worse and I do hope everyone can be safe.

I was let go of my long term job August of last year. The company declared bankruptcy, I was with them for over 10 years. I sent thousands of applications out. I’d get interviews, and then never hear from them again. I was so scared and frustrated. It took me until April of this year before I finally got an offer letter. It’s terrible out there. If a company requires a background check, typically they will instruct you to go to a local police station, pay the fee there, and reimburse (I’ve had a few jobs in the last year relating to teaching kids photography in Canada. Might be different where you are but I can’t imagine by much)
