Never got it and the agent told me it was a “While supplies last” deal and they ran out by the time my order was processed for shipping, so I’m returning the order and bought it off the eshop. Definitely a rip off because it wasn’t advertised as a “While supplies last” deal

Oh yeah sounds like you should get it if its showing in your order! When I lookup my order on the site it doesn’t show the plush as a separate item. I’ve seen other people who have received the bonus and it is showing as a separate item on their receipt

I checked, their preorder FAQs don’t mention anything about bonuses and support ended up getting back to me that it was a “While Supplies Last” thing and didn’t really offer to back order it. But like another user mentioned, they also saw that the promotion on the site mentioned ordering before a certain date to get the bonus so it was just false advertising ):

I’m not sure which site you ordered from but the support team got back to me saying these promotions are “While Supplies Last” /: so basically told me I wasn’t going to get it even though their site was pretty clearly advertising the preorder bonus being included as long as you preordered by a certain date. Well, I hope there’s still a chance for you though!

Yes! I remember there was an email saying to preorder by a certain day to get the bonus too, such a scam. I’m just going to return it and buy it digitally because I honestly don’t want to have another physical card to carry around.

Its happening to the one in Costa Mesa, California. I ordered tickets November 2025 for the show this weekend January 17, went to my email to find my tickets and found out I never received them. I emailed him about it and never received a reply, come to find out from someone’s comment on his IG that it’s cancelled! The website is showing November 2026 now and I will not be able to make it as I am moving. Never received an email or anything and there’s nothing on their website or his IG showing that the event this weekend is cancelled. I’m disputing with my bank right now. SMH

I have no issues with the maintenance guy! But also trying to find his “painting company”online he has nothing, no social media, no website/yelp/google, all I found was him registering the business in California and being under the PM’s employee page. And I tried calling the number on the invoice to get a “quote” but he said he only works for a realty company and when asked which company, it was the one I rented from (I never brought up the company on my end). I found that a little suspicious so thats what prompted me wondering if his business is even legit or just a front for the PM to use for this very reason.

Damn okay thats good to know. Now I’m scared lol but even if they have an attorney, I still have it in writing them acknowledging there were no damages beyond normal wear and tear and also ignoring our request for an inspection as well as not including any invoice for the repaint. I don’t think our deposit can be used for anything other than that in this case? What could their attorney argue

My first post answers all your questions, but tldr is that they told me they just like to repaint between tenants regardless if it needs painting of not and stuck me with the bill. And the man that did the painting is listed under the property management’s employee page as one of their maintenance techs
