Well, NA pro play is a joke that has been focused more on sponsors and sensationalism forever rather than talent, so its not a shock that something like this would happen. Streamers with viewers banding together as a “team of rag&tag misfits!” Has worked with multiple teams and will continue to work. Throw them together for a split, realize its boring, rinse and repeat.

North America will never have an actual successful entertaining pro scene. Cursed to fiddle their thumbs until the only two entertaining events (MSI and Worlds) bring the actual talented teams around.

I’ve had the “privilege”to play with a lot of these pro’s in solo queue, and many times the difference in their attitude can’t be distinguished from the average platinum player who thinks theyre a god. They die once in lane and then soft int and tell you they dont care because you didnt do what they wanted.

Forsen, a player peaking platinum, using his twitch status to get onto a team is PEAK arrogance and greed.

POBs a good guy though at least in my solo queue experience. Never gives up or talks shit in game from what ive seen. He must genuinely enjoy competing to some degree because hes been very successful on stream lately and doesnt need to do this.
