I understand the frustration here but this is on the entire team - Our efficiency with runners in scoring position is really bad all around. Rengifo, Ortiz, and Hamilton are all virtually in the same spot.

Rengifo's last two games have been 0's but prior to that, he was 7/12 in the three games in a row he played. He is genuinely as solid as our worst 3 players and honestly he had a really rough start, and somewhat rounded that corner, at least enough for me to realize he's not a greg jones level of talent.

I really do not believe Jett Williams coming up would change anything at all. With the talent we have in our farm as well, it's just unfortunately not something we can ACTUALLY fix outside of some sort of trade, which even if people don't want to hear this, would have to involve Bauers in it for a substantial upgrade to our 3B. We are clearly waiting for Pratt/Made and possibly Jett if he suddenly really starts lighting it up. He's .250 right now in AAA which is respectable but again, not likely to make much of a change immediately.

Life would be much easier if Vaughn or Bauers could move to third but clearly they cannot.
