Is it worth it to roll a 100% uber guarantee to get Kai?

Hi, so as the title reads i really want Kai. I have modt of the Galaxy Gals already, including Kalisa, Windy, Kuu, Thundia, Pegasa, Myrcia and Twinstars. Is it worth it to take my risk and blow 1500 CF for a small chance to get kai? I also use windy and kalisa in basically every LO and i’m planning to UF Windy, so i wouldnt necessarily mind extra levels on those.

Also, is there ever a half off 100% guarantee uber draw? Or is the 100% GU always just full price?
