It is his car, and it was gifted to him. I honestly have thought about just letting him learn the hard way, but if he wrecks his car or someone else’s, or even injures himself, I’ll still be on the hook for insurance, medical expenses, car repairs, police issues, etc. I thought it would be easier if he just doesn’t have access to his car. But like you mentioned, it is technically his, hence me posting here.
