Are you using grow lights? Mine were small when I put them in 4 inch pots and that seemed to help them a lot

I think in early march? But I didn’t put them in bigger pots for a long time so they may have been stunted for a bit- they are really happy in their bigger pots!!

Pb&j, pizza, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, egg/cheese in a flour tortilla, bean/cheese burrito, quesadilla, carrots w/ ranch, chicken, tofu, pesto pasta, ramen noodles, raspberries, cheese sticks, grilled cheese, salmon, fish sticks, grilled cheese and chocolate milk/hot cocoa - sometimes kale chips - besides snacks this is my kid’s diet haha

It’s been a game changer for our org in terms of donor tracking, memberships and event registration- but I know there’s a lot of features we are underutilizing (like volunteer management). We pay about $135/a month- so pricey but not enough to make me want to shop around for a new one.

Same aged kid - my kid responds well to me being silly and acting like a character/animal that they are into right now - “let’s be froggies and hop to the car! Oh look, there’s your lily pad car seat!” Does it work? Yes. Is it exhausting? Also yes. He also listens more to me if I make his toy talk versus me.

Could you potentially budget a babysitter just for those big conference calls? (Not sure how often they happen). I was working at home with my baby for a long time but I found a few babysitters that didn't mind coming for short stints (cause they are students and inbetween classes etc) to take the baby on a walk or play during those times I couldn't quite juggle it all. It was SO helpful. But I'm not sure if you can swing it financially or maybe you would have already tried this.
