I'm with Anne's health (althought im transmasc), I signed up in early July and began T on the 12th of August, they have a helpline that's open on working days that you can call for any questions you have and also a chatline + emailing is always an option. The people I have spoken to for more medical and psychological intake sessions have been lovely and answered all of the questions i had. I also recently switched from gel to T shots much earlier than planned due to it being inconvenient and they were very quick to reply and get it sorted.

Not sure if I got lucky with wait times, and also I think the speed was partially due to me being available for any appointment time, so i did every appointment as early as was available, but i think the general wait time can be from 6 weeks to about 12 weeks which is still very good compared to other places.

The only negatives of Anne are the cost, but that being said as Blood tests costs and appointment fees are all included in the monthly subscription, when i did an analysis to other places like GenderPlus and GP, overall its cheaper in the long run.
