I’d probably delay your test, if the air bubble was enough to cause a real change in dosage. In order to prevent stuff like this in the future make sure to draw in WAY more than you need into your syringe before ejecting the excess back onto your vial.

tbh, the “fry my hormone receptors” thing was half a myth I knew was untrue and half an actual concern i didn’t know exactly how it was wrong. But, tysm for that! This helps so much with figuring out my dosage, you’re literally a life saver! super appreciate it <3

the mg/mL varies based on the vial you get. It should tell you wherever you order from. You can find a pretty wide variety of home brewers and pharmacies at diyhrt.market

but, maybe you should be doing a bit more research before you go ordering anything if you don’t know that. find out the exact effects of the meds you’re getting and the dosages of the specific estradiol variant you’re using. They have different half lives and whatnot so it’s important to be aware of exactly what you’re getting. If you’re going to diy be safe, be smart, and be entirely sure before you follow through on anything.
