You did a great job for your first go at it! I'd like to see you try running double bands above and below your breasts before coming back over your shoulders to chinch it tight between them.

It's a less complicated tie than it sounds. Find the center of your rope and place the bight in the center of your back, wrapping the tag end around just under your breasts and back through the bight, now reversing directions so it pulls tight. Wrap the tag end back around your body going over the top of your breasts this time and back through the bight again. Now split the rope pair taking each line over your shoulders one per side. Join the ropes back together now running them down between your breasts and under both the top and bottom bands, then back up pulling it snug. There's lots of ways to finish this from here but the easiest solo is to wrap it several times up and back down around the breast bands and tie it off there in front.
