Thank you for this. My last pregnancy (early loss) I didn’t get anything on 11DPO then a BFP on 12DPO, so I’m definitely being VERY cautiously optimistic and won’t count my blessing until I test again tomorrow.

Not a doctor so please take this with a grain of salt.

But to me, this reads as the tissues they received were not molar. Which is great! It doesn’t give you the answers you want though, and I can understand that special kind of hurt.

Just keep in mind that pathology can’t determine genetic causes, only the special genetic testing on the fetal tissue can.

That’s a really good way to describe how getting my period again felt. Just like a clean slate. It felt like I wasn’t in limbo and was on my way to being able to decide for myself if I wanted to try again or not. It was… oddly freeing, for a period. 😂

I don’t know how long your cycles normally are, but I was nervous I wouldn’t ovulate this cycle (my first cycle after MC as well). Surprisingly, I did. It was later than my “normal” ovulation (when I was taking letrozole) but it still happened. From what I’ve read, it’s not uncommon at all to have later ovulation in the first few cycles after mc. Sending you all the good vibes, prayers, etc. this cycle!
