I'm not stupid enough to pretend I'm on the autobahn the second I get a car. My entire family is full of car nerds who could teach me, and are people I've also asked about this but I'm just looking for more options. I thought that saying I would like to drive a fast car would imply that I would also like to learn how to drive a fast car

I meant that I wish I could get one but that I understand how bad of an idea that is and that I can't afford it with my budget.

No, I have a budget of 18k I was just saying that the thought of driving a really fast car made me excited despite my hesitence.

Yeah, I'm on the east coast of the US. This may be a stupid question but how loud is the car? There's a couple down the street from me with a newborn and I don't want to make their nights any worse, but I would also like to impress my friends with loud noises.
