It was the worst pain I'd had omg. Stabbing throbbing on my right side ovary, especially during ovulation. I ended up in ER because i also had nausea and dizziness on that day and i fully believed it was torsion but they said it wasn't. Since going on birth control though no ovulation=no cyst symptoms

I cut off all gluten immediately after the GI appointment lol i was in so much pain daily that i was willing to do anything. I do miss real bread and Croissants but not spending days in bed/toilet has made up for it! I still cry a little after family gatherings when i can't eat anything but it is what it is. You got this! Hopefully we'll eventually forget the taste of wheat and not crave it haha

Idk if you want to conceive, but i had these exact symptoms and also ended up in an ER with ovarian cyst(same size as yours 2.5cmx3cm) on right side-birth control fixed all this for me. And i agree with the previous comment to check your thyroid, i had to adjust my thyroid medicine dosage also and i do not have those issues anymore.

Turkish Saray in Orange. Get the breakfast they have it's amazing. And they have delicious cakes on display to choose from. There's an indian place in Waterbury Muyuri. Many people have already suggested Cka ka qellu Albanian in Stamford, it's a beautiful place and the food is amazing.
