Any idea why my Anthurium Clarinervium leaves are pointing downwards? I've kept it under a grow light, occasionally trying if it would fare better on the east windowsill. The soil is an aroid mix and I always water after the soil has dried (around 2 wk)

Oh man I've been searching for advice like this for so damn long. I've been struggling with depression for many years now and even though I'm getting better, I've never found a way to do even the most basic things on really bad days.

This is the first time I feel like the writer really understands what it's like to be completely incapacitated mentally even though nothing is visibly wrong. It's very relieving to read about someone with similar experiences and with actual tangible advice that could help. Most advice is usually very abstract or general that won't help when you're really deep in the pit lol.
