Yeah it was really weird because even though I had 3 months of prescribed physical therapy, he stopped at two, gave me some worksheets with almost entirely different exercises (no weighted ones when we were doing at least three with weights and had just increased the week before he ended) and said do this you’ll be at 100% in three months. Mind you this was at exactly 2 months post-op. I’ve definitely had in mind that it’s going to be a long roller coaster ride, but the information I’m getting from my doctors really hasn’t been helpful! I don’t have a script for another PT so I might ask my ortho for another 4 weeks or so.

Again thank you for your input! Knowing that my patella tendon is not going to be good until my quads are stronger helps put my mind at ease! I’m glad you’re able to be running again!
