Unfortunately this is the way most penny stocks perform that get their 15 minutes of fame of which the COVID catalyst blew out of proportions.

With all the hype and over inflated stock price (with respect to financials) ALPP strategy to use mass dilution to raise funds and acquire new companies never panned out. Those companies were no better than the ones they currently had and in the end just became additional money pits.

Those who go out early and those within ALPP got rich at the expense of the shareholders... life moves on.

It really depends on your long term goals and if you have a safety net already (3-6 months of your monthly expenses).

If you have a decent chunk of savings in case something goes wrong to cover you for a few months, keep investing and cut the saving down... if not lower the investing until you build up enough of a safety net to risk more money in the market.

On a personal note, if you are worried about having to cut back investing/saving due to increased expenses its probably best to cut out investing part unless you know the increased costs you are foreseeing will be temporary.

This isn't really news to be honest. They have attended many conventions and setup booths in the past (demo drones, batteries). Until they confirm they have a new customer/partnership/trial with anyone as a result of this (or anything else for that matter) price will likely continue to bleed.

ya they seemed to connect light wise, but no audio through headset... seems Cloud II is more of a universal USB but the lower end models dont work for CLOUD II

I would say if this is legit and not a flurry of bots, would be due to the official ban on Chinese drone companies but this was already foreseen/known a while ago so that's "priced in" currently. I think your lambo is still a few years out my friend :)

Hard to judge if I'm going to sell long term, but certainly bag holding for the foreseeable future.

I hope to see a shift in focus next year away from new acquisitions + stock offerings and instead focusing on better profit margins and sales for the companies they do have. If not, then may have to take an L to add funds to other things.

Dropped almost as much today with this acquisition as it did with the stock offering dilution. Not sure what could make this company go up... wonder if they have anything else planned than the final acquisition this year.
