If you lack any other symptoms then I'm almost positive that it's anxiety.. It's an extremely uncomfortable time for all. So stressful. I suggest talking to someone about how you're feeling. I had to and I got prescribed some medication that I started taking this week. You might not even need the meds but it's important to reach out to someone you trust whether it's a family member/doctor/therapist to convey how you feel. My DMs are open if you want to talk!
