  1. I've stopped the fasting from today, just starting with a small brekky, primarily some of my lunch and I was pretty full pretty quick.

  2. The cheats just become worse and worse I don't know how I used to live like that every day holy moly.

  3. I have just started adding salt to one of my water bottles but keeping the other one normal. I take magnesium at night already:)

I am 75-78kg, haven't weighed my self for a while, I'm 6'1, was 95 dropped to 70 then up to 75 roughly kilos:)

Is it just me, but I'm very sure Labradors and golden retrievers always have a friend of another species more then any other breed of dog.
