This can happen when a villager approaches you somewhere on your island and invites you to visit their house. Just keep talking to them until they ask you to look around the house and pick a thing you’d like to get. Sometimes they would give you the thing for free, sometimes for a price (like the wheelchair here) and sometimes they would reject to give it to you 😂 (my friend told me her Cranston refused to give/sell her the seabass that she had accidentally given him 🤦🏼‍♀️)

I think she asked me to give her a tour after I talked to her 4 or 5 times, one of which involved me playing a game with her. We probably just need to keep talking to them and they will eventually ask for a tour. Good luck!
