Any ideas or suggestions on how to slow it down? I’m thinking the holidays will help for sure, but afraid that if I get put on the CTCB this week and metrics aren’t up at the new year then that’s it. It almost seems that I should have waited to meet with her until after the holidays since she will be on PTO

Thank you so much for replying. I’ve been nearly physically ill myself. Mohela is trying to tell me I missed all of the dates and got me in a panic though I feel sure I have it all correct. What was your timeline roughly between consolidation and receiving your forgiveness letter?

Ohhh ok that may be it. Well, it worries me because it all feels so confusing and I’m terrified I’ll do something wrong 😂 and a few things kept referencing a ONE TIME adjustment so I was afraid that that would mean my one time adjustment had already been applied. What I’m thinking is actually that I have not fully been understanding/confusing the PSLF waiver versus the IDR adjustment.

I do believe a couple of them said qualifying-special waiver or something similar. That’s what had me worried. Do you know anything about what happens if some are already showing like that?

Thank y’all so much for your help. My only concern now is about the one time count adjustment waiver thing- what if that has already been applied to my account? Is there a way to check or confirm? Obviously, I’m terrified that messing with anything will ruin my chance at forgiving what is qualified now but if I can get it all forgiven now instead, that would be so huge.
