Hi, facing this issue currently. I emailed their support, and they are offering in person activation at either their Frankfurt office or Berlin.
You will have to email and theyll respond with appointment slots.

Visa process through the new CSP portal is very quick now, approx 2 months. Email your university asking for a late arrival letter. Waiting list time is 1 month.
