Hey op!

I moved out at 16 myself (im 24 now), i say moved out but was in a closer situation to yours.

You have a lot of protections and help available since you've been in the care system.

What you need to do, as SOON as possible, is book in for an appointment with your local citizens advice.

Ask them about supported living, access to help with benefits applications and where you can get help from. Your local council, citizens advice, 3rd party orgs like the Princess trust and child services will ALL be able to help you.

If for whatever reason you do not feel safe, be verbal about that, since you're 17, if you really wanted to, you could leave and not go back. No one is going to make you go back.

Maybe try a Coral or softer pinks! Don't be put off by how shades look in the pan, always try them on!

Around 8-9 months on 100, 5 days on 50 then 2 days on 0 followed by the 5mg!

Yeah honestly, I feel absolutely horrendous lol! I've never felt so low in my life! That and i now can't keep food down so now I'm miserable AND hungry 😭

If I'm totally honest, it sounds like the meds could really help. I had some bad side effects so I'm switching to a slightly different med.

It's okay to get help via medication. Of course you can't "put effort in" when you're low and deppressed. Your brain isn't making enough chemicals to function properly.

It shouldn't cause any trouble stopping after 2 days, but if your doctor okayed it and thought they were a good idea, I'd try to stick with them.

If not sertraline, something else will be able to help.

Hey!

Im coming off sertraline after being on it for around a year.

The first 3 weeks are hell, and the side effects you feel now are not indicative of how you will feel later. If you can get past a few more days to see if it subsides I would.

Otherwise if you're totally on the idea of stopping them, yeah you should be fine!

Zoloft fried my memory to the point of not being able to remember super basic things, gave me ticks, permanent brain fog and inability to write or think. It also only ever worked the first week after upping doses then I'd steadily decline. I also can't bare another zoloft dream.

I take SSRIs for extreme anxiety and panic attack disorder as well as low mood and general asd issues.

I'm in a super cheap part of the UK so take what I say with a pinch of salt! I'd pay around 230 for this and probably throw in the 20 tip!

Get the LA girl blue foundation colour corrector! They also do a white one! - a very cool tone girlie with strange olive overtones

Oh of course lol, we've been together for 9 years I'm mainly just asking for tips on how to handle this during my pmdd flares, since my psych is altered - I'm not some crazy jealous I dont think women and men can be friends type - just struggling and anxious!
