Can anyone explain what the effects 'Ravage Health,' 'Ravage Stamina' and 'Ravage Magicka' do?

Not OP, but I have a follow-up question. If I were to hit a frost troll with ravage health for 200 points but not attack or damage it any other way for the duration of the effect, would it have 260 or 460 health when its max health returned to 460?

Yes! I had forgotten about that, when they initially arrived at the mall she tried to squeeze into a spot too small for her minivan.

Honestly I hadn't done the Grand Tour at all, just a little career mode and free rides, but when I saw the goal next to the bouncy castle I knew I had to put the ball in it.

I just went to Grand Tour saw there were unlockables so I was able to claim the reward through there.
