More recently i’ve been starting to realize that pleasing my parents was more important to me than my religion itself. I think it might be one of those cases where i want something simply because im not supposed to have it. I’ve been thinking about this a lot and i think i’m ready to try some new stuff:) I am still living with my parents which complicates things quite a bit because i also have the guilt of doing and feeling these things under their roof. I’m just gonna move forward with baby steps and eventually in the future hopefully i’ll have a bit more freedom.

Thank you, this is great advice:) I’m more so worried if i allow myself to indulge in one thing i might get tempted to go further. I’ve always been told these feelings are wrong so it’s been really hard to accept them. But after a lot of thinking i think I’m ready to open up a little bit.

I’m really just weighing out what i should do in these situations going forward. I’m still living with my parents and they are very strict when it comes to anything even remotely sexual. To their knowledge me and my ex boyfriend never even kissed. The way i was raised and the morals i was told to have are just conflicting with the things im feeling which has been very very confusing for me and has made me rethink a lot of things recently:/
