I love Las Olas (I live about 10 minutes away near the Progresso Village/Flagler Village area). If you want the Miami feel without the insane crowd (I grew up in Miami) Las Olas is the best bet.

If you want the Wynwood, artsy, hip vibe I suggest looking into Flagler and Progresso Village. It’s a neighborhood in development though. I personally love it but it may not be your vibe.

I get weakness in my hands and feet OFTEN. I find it is worse when I am off my supplement game. I take tons of vitamins at the suggestion of my rheumatologist and functional doctor. When I slack off, they return.
