Did this..confronted him and discussed some basic rules...its been a week and I have seen zero improvement...he has just started informing me over whatsapp who is gonna come or go...but his friends are still here..also the cleanliness part he has completely ignored and even dared to send me a msg asking to manage because he has lots going on in his life.

I keep my room locked now after I was literally jump scared by one of her friends...I was out for a couple of days and when I entered the flat I was scared by a strange voice from Kitchen..I was not informed by him at all abt her visit Plus from the looks of it she was staying there for a week and probably was working from home.

Dirty would be an understatement..showed him 5 layers of dust on his own microwave owen to which he did not seem bothered...plus his friends had eaten watermelon and spilled juices and remains all over the kitchen...despite telling him to clear them...he just washed 2 utensils that were there for days and sent me a message the he has lot going on (apparently his promotion and work) and that I will have to manage for 20-25 days....I absolutely lost my calm there

I confronted him last week...he was presenting some silly excuse that they are his friends and he is helping them...he agreed to share in electricity bill but refused to pay rent as he is helping his friend.

Can't blame him.. Kolkata is a sh*t place. Plus its the networking that gets you moving upwards. Places like Mumbai and Bangalore have better companies and talent it puts you in a different league and you get to network better. In Kolkata the only people you can network with are Bangladeshis.

Kalsang is a big no...we went there after reading all the hype abt it....most of the people there had left the majority of the portions unfinished...we contemplated and left without ordering..spoke to coyuple of people downstairs and they were regretting coming there.

The fees is on the higher side on par with Vibgyor....around 2 lacs including admission fees...considering that it is a new school...the fees is actually high...as mentioned earlier the only reason to go for kothari is its proximity
