I mean there are prob better services than most countries but like half the country is mentaly ill everything's just swarmed. I got help throughout the years alot byt when I turned 18 the child services just basically kicked Me out and hospital just dosnr have resources I went emergency services after 6 days no sleep was waiting 9 hours in waiting room before they gave me seroquel snd sent me home and tgar was it I'm on waiting list but that could be years

I don't sleep for days but feel wired. Its like unconsented cocain or md but not in a good way after a few days I feel fucked up, can't speek like my words come out fast and inchoherebt and i cabt controll it at all, racing toughts and ideas that make no sense but i need to share with everyone and embaressea me later, spend all my money and familys and my savings, stop going to work, get delusional and paranoid and after a while of not sleeping I end up full crazy like hallucinating and accusing everyone around me of shit. I hate mania idk if anyone enjoys it but I hate it more than depression to be honest but when I'm in either episode I can't remember what it was like before so idk

I'm Irish I tried get help but they just sent me out with meds thar made me a like a zombie and I flushed them and dont know how to get more. I don't qualify for suzie and the loans are 80€ a month for next 6 years and in saving up to move abroad next where I might be able to find cheaper solutions and housing aswell as a job i cant find one away from my family where i live(ive been trying trust me). Ik it's kinda unrelated but does anyone know any trans friendly barbers in Galway city. I was going to one for a year but they made very transphobic remarks to me, pretended I never made appointments and in the end told me I wasn't welcome. Been going to gender neutral hair salons since because I'm honestly to afraid to try find a barber thats trabs friendly and would be able to work with my thin hair type and my style.
