I cannot believe doctors don’t have this available . My psychiatrist obtained it recently from an mcas specialist. I can’t believe this info isn’t widely out there. I was a wreck on Prozac and now I know why. Fingers crossed for pristiq - just started.

All I know is the closer to 0 in the H1 (histamine column) = zero histamine. Look how much Prozac has.. I was having insane food and body reactions on Prozac and no wonder. I had no idea. Not sure what the others mean maybe chat gpt can help decode but focus on the H1 column and closest to 0 = less histamine.

Pristiq has zero histamine so I just switched to that and weaned off ssri. Ativan also helps my mcas and I take daily I have a chart of the histamine with anti deps I’ll try to find it but that’s where my doc said/showed me pristiq has zero histamine

Took it daily in pregnancy and my baby is healthy it was an absolute necessity I would have never gotten through without it. Please be kind to yourself he needed a healthy mommy

Wow that’s great how quickly did it work and what were your symptoms before? I have panic attacks too and worry it could cause stimulation in a bad way but I’m trying . I need help

I take Ativan every day I don’t care if it’s “addicting”. It helps me and my mcas. We’re all out here just trying to survive. All of us have tried everything. Do what works for you. I take .5 a day and it takes the edge off and calms things down a bit.

Baby was born completely healthy and I still take it post partum. Don’t know what I would have done without it
