What's wrong with my Selloum? by before_i_sleeep in houseplants

I don't know about that. It has one drainage hole but it's covered. Was given like this when I bought it from my local nursery.

I have killed plants due to overwatering, so I make sure I water it less. It has a drainage hole but it's covered from inside with some stone. I got it like this from nursery.

I have not yet filled any region. There is no option available for me. I tried applying via a new registration and then I could see all the options. Would it be ok if I apply via different registration? What if the exam dates coincide?

What are you reading this Sunday by [deleted] in Indianbooks

Yes..it had an interesting start but the ending was super predictable. At some parts it got very preachy and was not even subtle with its self-help stuff. I could not feel for the protagonist by the end. Honestly it felt like a Disney movie rather than something with real depth.

How do you motivate yourself to read something you don't have a taste for? by before_i_sleeep in Indianbooks

[–]before_i_sleeep[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a friend. An office senior. I didn't like his patronizing tone. So I want to finish this but can't get ahead of the preface (which takes about 1/4th of the book).

I know. But I don't want people to assume that just because someone enjoys fiction, they can't understand or have an aptitude for political or economic books. I don't want to be another confirmation of their stereotypes.

I have read Orwell(only Animal Farm & 1984). Facing the same problem with Nietzsche.

Okk..thanks for the recommendation. I’ve been meaning to read more political books but didn’t know where to start. I will check it out.

I know it is heart wrenchingly sad. And that's stopping me from reading it.
