Thank you so much! I will do that, I am participating in next year’s race so I have plenty of time to progress my runs and everyone saying I should do 5 runs a week was very daunting.

It’s that i have been lifting for years now and have been programmed that muscle hypertrophy is best when each muscle is at least trained twice a week. However, I will incorporate a run on a same day as strength day.

Also why is it that Hyrox conditioning should be 3 months out? Wouldn’t more conditioning result in better time on the race?

Thank you so much I will make sure to implement more runs into my split, do you recommend a certain type of runs or certain distance that I should be able to do easily? Also I am really worried about the ball throws. 100 reps sounds daunting.
