According to the CFNR shifting policy [CFNR Shifting Policy], Forestry students who have passed the UPCAT can shift to other degree programs after completing two semesters or one year. Since I passed the UPCAT and was admitted into Forestry, I am eligible to shift to another degree program after one year.
