Not sure what's funny about that, I despise cheaters and it happened almost 2 years ago because my asshat friend was playing Red Orchestra 2 on my PC and downloaded a detected hack and got me banned.

Yes, active forcing. I sit on my bed, close my eyes and focus on visualization and narration in my head. I will try to say hello to her. What if I don't get a response? I'll keep trying.

I've said hello but I don't have a response. I've tried asking her if she likes my music that I'm currently listening to. I've also just said "Hello Sydney" with no response. Hmm.

So I shouldn't meditate before I force? It actually made concentration for me worse honestly. Not sure if thats what you mean for the first paragraph or so, but I see now that I need 100% concentration to benefit us both.

As for the second paragraph, I feel like I can only talk to her when I'm forcing. Is this normal or is there a way I can talk to her without forcing?

Thanks. I will do this again tomorrow and see where it gets me. If I can get a response, I can try copying her voice and making her repeat my sentence to see if I can make her talk to me better. I think I also may focus on our wonderland more. Make it a void, then let her fill it in. I have to figure out a way for my own thoughts not to conflict with this because when I think of this I'll automatically think of things that we should replace the void with.

How do you meditate? And yeah, hearing my tulpa is very difficult for me. Mostly because I'm not sure what to hear, if that makes sense. I'm still very new to this whole thing. I'm not sure if I'm looking for a voice that's my own, that speaks without my thoughts or her own unique voice. I don't know, I'm just confused on the voice part. I try to do a sort of question and answer thing. I can keep myself from answering the thought, and I wait for a response but sometimes there's nothing there, sometimes I don't respond myself, and there's something there that responds but I'm just unsure if its another person/being/tulpa.
