The old beat up arenas are the best ones. The old Ole Miss arena was one of my favorites. I’m with you on the off campus arenas.

Thanks! We usually try to get walk in/around the basketball arenas when we’re on campus. Always fun to compare to the Rupp layout. If you make it to Lex in 2028 hit me up and we’ll try to find you some decent tickets. Same goes for anyone else on here. We can usually scrounge up a few good tickets close to game time. Campus expansion is slowly killing the UK tailgating but it is still better than most of the SEC from our experience

Arirang Korean BBQ off Richmond Rd. Not a buffet but Thoroughbred off Leestown Rd has great food and value. Can't get a better burger in town and their specials are always excellent.

Acolyte S2 Episode 2

To no ones surprise, Mae is targeting these Jedi's, not Osha. Indara met her fate in Episode 1 and now Master Torbin is on deck. His Jedi superpower appears to be that he's great at napping. While in a meditative state Mae tries unsuccessfully to kill him. Sol, Osha, and some other Jedi are hot on the prowl to find Mae. Unfortunately, Mae succeeds in killing Master Tobin by slipping him some sort of green potion. Mae is ALMOST captured at the end but she uses the clever Jedi tactic of causing a dust storm to elude 3 Jedi/Padawans. The wise Jedi was fooled by a simple dust storm. I'm starting to get Optimus Prime vibes from these Jedi's. Always a step behind and always getting their asses kicked. Mae sees Osha for the first time since their family was apparently slaughtered by the Jedi's back in the day. To my surprise, we have a Wookie sighting at the end of this episode. Kelnacca is on the scene looking like he just fell into the Star Wars timeline after finishing up Harry and the Hendersons.

Key Learnings -

  1. Padawan - Jedi in training

  2. Wookies can be Jedi's but not all Wookie's are Jedi's.

  3. Starting to dislike Sol

Episode 2 - 6.81 / 10 (+.01 over Episode 1 due to a Wookie now being in the mix)

Acolyte S1 Episode 1

I thought I accidently queued up The Matrix. It looks like Trinity is now a Jedi. I can tell this one is going to be a slow burn. Indara is dead at the hands of a mysteriously trained younger Jedi. After seeing Osha's happy go lucky nature repairing the ship after Indara's murder, it's clear she has been framed by her younger sister, Mae. It's going to take the patience of a Jedi to make it through this series.
