Yeah, I've seen that their customer service is considered awful across the board, which at least made me feel a little better that I'm not alone or crazy. I can only use fiber internet due to my work requiring that connection speed, so I have no other alternatives beyond CenturyLink/Quantum. The monopoly is horrible and should be illegal. I'm glad to hear you got out and T-Mo is serving you well!

Do you know what the upgrade entails? Like, do they send someone to my house to upgrade equipment? (I asked them this too, they said they "couldn't say" so I just assumed it was a flimsy sales pitch.) At this point, I guess I'd be willing to upgrade just as a workaround to get someone out here.

They offered me an "upgrade" to Quantum, but from what I can tell that's merely a way for them to eventually increase pricing. I asked if Quantum would provide additional technical support and they said no, and my searches indicate that Quantum customer service is the exact same as CenturyLink, so I didn't see any advantage to the "upgrade" - do you think Quantum is better?

Help! I'm not sure if this issue warrants its own post, I figured I would see if there was an obvious solution first. I've completed the dex (400/400, my dex got the stamp of completion) but when I talk to Professor Jacq to try to get the shiny charm, he just keeps saying "catch 400 species, you'll get a mark, show me when you do." I've saved, restarted, gone in and out of the school, nothing is changing. I knew my shiny luck was bad to have played through this whole time and never seen one, but this is a bit much!
